Shawn Graham
Vice President, Indirect Strategic Sourcing
Shawn joined the RPA in February 2021 after working directly for Kroger in the Enterprise Sourcing department. He has more than 20 years’ experience working with companies to develop robust Supply Chains. Prior to Kroger, Shawn worked as the Vice President of Procurement at Metalsa, where he led the procurement, supplier quality, and supply chain functions for the U.S. Operations. Shawn also held the roles of Global Commodity management and Regional Director at GKN, a British-based global engineering company.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting. He received both degrees from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Haley Horal
Senior Manager, Finance & Administration
Haley joined RPA in August 2023 after working directly for Kroger in the Enterprise Sourcing department. She has 15 years’ experience in Finance and Procurement. Prior to her role with RPA, Haley lead Category Profit Improvement teams within Kroger for both the Personal Care & Beauty business as well as the Non-Edible categories. She has also lead working capital initiatives within Kroger to improve cash flow by partnering with Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance and Treasury teams.
Prior to Kroger, Haley held various finance roles with Eaton Corporation within the Commercial Finance, Real Estate and FP&A functions. She holds a joint bachelor’s degree in finance & real estate from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
